Alexander trained 40 hours in a Montreal lab using both biofeedback and neurofeedback. He relates learning to reduce shoulder tension that was affecting his performance. Breathing techniques helped him to relax and recover between runs and reduce anxiety. He utilized neurofeedback to bring focus to the present moment as he took to the race course.
But Alexander and the Canadian Olympic team are not the only athletes using this type of noninvasive natural training for peak performance. The Italian World champion soccer team, and professional golfers have taken advantage of this unique form of training that naturally informs you how to reduce anxiety and relax into the moment.
